Jamie Gorelick

Jamie is a longtime member of corporate and nonprofit boards and, in her private
practice as a partner at WilmerHale, counsels boards on governance issues, crisis
management, and other important topics. She was one of the longest serving
Deputy Attorneys General of the United States and is among Washington’s most
respected attorneys. Jamie previously served on the boards of United Technologies
and Schlumberger.

Abby Adlerman

Abby is CEO and founder of Boardspan, the leading cloud-based software and advisory company that focuses exclusively on helping boards of directors succeed through alignment and good governance. Abby brings more than 25 years of governance and board experience to Boardspan’s clients. Previously, she was  on the leadership team at Russell Reynolds (based in Singapore and before that San Francisco) and also spent 15 years on Wall Street as an investment banker.

She has worked with the likes of Twitter, KKR, the Olympic movement, and hundreds of other board clients. Abby received her BS in Engineering from Lafayette College and her MPPM from Yale University, where she served as a member of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.
