How to attend: registration details

Registration is free and open to everyone: IGA and non-IGA retailers and their teams, wholesalers, service providers and manufacturing partners, and more. Everyone can register until 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, November 10, which is 30 minutes before the event begins.

Why register? It's the only way to access the live event, the session recordings, and post-session content. Whether you're planning to block out your calendar from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST to watch the full event live, catch the recordings the next day, or a combination of both, you need to register to access the content. So whatever your plans are on Tuesday, register yourself and your team to ensure everyone can watch these sessions when the time is best for them.

Another reason to register? Only registered attendees are eligible to win prizes.

Grand Prize 3: All Expense Paid Trip for 2 to South Carolina Beach Vacation Home

The winner and a guest will enjoy an all-expense-paid trip to a South Carolina beach vacation home (8 days, 7 nights), including airfare, ground transportation, and all meals. IGA CEO John Ross will prepare dinner especially for the winner and their guest(s) one evening during their stay. 

Grand Prize 4: 1-Year Paid Subscription for IGA’s New Quarterly Sign Packages

The winning store will receive a one-year paid subscription for IGA’s new quarterly sign packages, shipped directly to the store. Keep your store up-to-date and looking great each quarter with updated signage that helps shoppers better navigate your store and discover the offers and bonus content they want from the IGA team.

If you're attending the Rally live, you will have even more chances to win prizes. During each break throughout the Rally, we’ll be giving away instant win prizes to three attendees. How to get in: the technology

Now that you've registered and are gearing up to win these prizes, let's talk details. How will you log in? At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, November 10, visit igarally.com and click on the LOGIN button at the top of the page. Enter the email address you used to register and you'll be granted access to the virtual conference. 

Because the sessions will be broadcast via video, you'll want to make sure you're running the most recent version of your preferred browser. If you're wondering if you have the most recent version, here are some tips for the most popular browsers: 

• If you use Internet Explorer, then your browser is likely updated if you keep your Windows updated.
• If you use Chrome, go to: Chrome-->About Google Chrome, and it will check for updates.
• If you use Safari, System Preferences-->Software Update, and it will tell you if your software (and therefore Safari) is updated.
• If you use Firefox, go to: Help-->About Firefox-->Check for Updates.

You'll be able to view the Rally on any of these browsers, but the optimal browser is Google Chrome.

Where you can watch afterwards: the archived content

After the Rally, IGA will archive the content shared for attendees to access on igarally.com whenever it's convenient for you. Rewatch videos, download presentations, print handouts, and read whitepapers. Every session will include a handout or instructions to learn more, which you can access with your name and email address after the Rally to stay informed and up-to-date.
