California Life Sciences supported Kits Cubed’s first STEM Fair for Bay Area students on September 4th at Oakland Tech. CLS’s Illy Peete joined the
fun afternoon which included science demos, special guests, and at the very end, a raffle with amazing prizes! Most importantly, Kits Cubed gave away 1,000 of their self-designed science kits to Oakland Unified School District Elementary students. California Life Sciences is excited to champion future scientists and support Kits Cubed’s mission to introduce youth to the wonders of science through fun, affordable, and accessible means.
This program is part of the California Life Sciences’ Racial and Social Equity Initiative, a unified effort to do more for the historically excluded Black, Indigenous and other People of Color (BIPOC) populations in California.
